Mongolian ger set up in front of Hôtel de Ville, Paris

A 6-wall Mongolian ger is on display in front of the Hôtel de Ville, Paris, which houses the local administration of Paris.

The ger was built by the ‘Yourte traditionelle Mongol’ team at the request of French artist Nicolas Henry, who is putting on his exhibition in the ger for a month. According to the artist, the ger exhibition will move to the next city following its showing in Paris.

In Europe, there are a number of places that sell Mongolian ger, which is mostly used by resorts, yoga practitioners, and those who like to live close to the nature.
